Job Summary:
The Studio Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing studio schedules, coordinating with various departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
- Maintain studio schedules, coordinating bookings and managing time allocations for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
- Manage the inventory of studio equipment, ensuring all items are in good working condition.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of studio equipment for different projects.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with production teams, creative departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide support to studio staff, assisting with any operational needs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operational updates and address any issues.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the studio budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Source and manage external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure optimal utilization of studio resources.
- Communication with relevant stakeholders on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a studio operations role, preferably in a creative or media environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of studio equipment and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., scheduling software, project management tools).
